Membership Eligibility
The National Society of Accountants for Cooperatives (NSAC) is excited to have you join. NSAC is the only organization dedicated to providing tailored education, resources, and connections to professionals exclusively involved in the financial management and planning of cooperatives. Membership is open to individuals employed by or affiliated with a cooperative organization, as well as those who are engaged in providing professional services for cooperatives, and those who are otherwise engaged in the furtherance of cooperative principals.

Membership Types
When joining NSAC, you become a member of both the national organization and one or more chapters. 

In the membership selection box below, please select:

  1. National Member: This option enrolls you as a National Member and provides you access to all membership benefits. National Membership is required.

  2. Select one or more Chapters. Chapter membership is required.  
    Members can affiliate with one or more chapters. The Electric Cooperative Chapter is national in scope while the other chapters are geographically structured. Members may choose which chapter(s) they join. Typically members will select the regional chapter based on their location and if they work for or provide services to an electric cooperative, they will also join the Electric Cooperative Chapter (ECC). If their cooperative serves an area that spans several chapter areas, he/she will join multiple chapters to stay current in various regions and make connections in multiple locations. 

Important note: If you do not choose the national membership or chapter membership on your initial application, you will be placed in a local chapter based on geographical location and your invoice will be adjusted to include a national membership and at least one chapter membership.  

Renewing Your Membership
If you are renewing a current membership, please log in to Connect to renew your membership online or download a copy of your invoice.
